Service to Justice is committed to guiding organizations toward liberated culture, strategy, programs, praxis, and impact.
We help staff, leadership, boards, and volunteers articulate their antiracist visions, make plans, and follow through. While some of our most commonly requested services are listed below, we work with each organization to develop a unique plan of action.
Training & Facilitation
We offer trainings on racial equity, power analysis, partnering with impacted peoples, conflict transformation, and other organization-specific topics.
Consulting
Attended a training and need personal attention around next steps? We consult with organizations on short-term and long-term contract bases for personal attention and guidance around your org needs.
Strategic Planning
We understand the work of racial justice to be a journey, not a destination. We partner with orgs to understand their unique needs and build a roadmap.
Capacity Building
S2J commits to supporting organizational efforts to advance their racial equity work. We offer short and long-term support through agenda planning, facilitation, strategy design, and coaching for racial equity working groups and leaders.
Arts-based Practices
Decolonizing our work, thoughts, and actions requires that we learn to value other sources of information—including our bodily knowledge, ancestral wisdom, the wisdom of nature, and the lessons offered through engaging with art. We support orgs to infuse art in their movements.
Constituent Engagement
Liberated movements and organizations partner with and take direction from impacted people. We offer learning around liberated gatekeeping, analyze opportunities for constituent engagement, and support organizations to move from service delivery to justice through power building and partnership.
